Oi…..*sigh* these are the words or expressions I am able to say today, sometimes it’s just that, sometimes all you have is a sigh or a *uuuuugh* while you drag your feet trying to get through each day and it’s okay if that’s what you have for the moment. Right now it is raining, extremely hard, I love it when it rains, there’s just something about it that I can’t quite put my finger on, but it always makes me happy, I guess it’s the feeling and the vibe it brings, speaking of I just remembered something….gotta get my fall mug out yeah! Anyway that’s just a little small random thought that I had.
Nothing like a nice rainy day and a warm beverage, like a hot cocoa, tea or coffee to get your mind at ease, maybe with a book and warm blanket, nice cardigan those are the best things about fall although we are soon entering winter and I’m not sure how I feel about that, barely got to enjoy the fall this year, but I will try and make up for that, because I missed the vibes. That aside though, pushing through things can be hard, but it is necessary to help level up and get through tough moments once you put your mind to something productive it’s not so bad, time goes by a little bit faster, Not that, that’s you should be focus on of course, making a positive impact in some way or trying to help better yourself in whatever way feels right to you or feels good in the moment.
Make sure you do those things, find or more like gravitate to the things that bring you joy or that you know will boost your mood, take hold of your day and make it a positive one, change the way you see or view things if you’ve been in one of those low vibration moments and you find it’s hard to come out of that gloom weather mode, trust in yourself and even if you have to crawl out of bed or if all you did got up, washed your face and put on something to go about your day, just know that you are still moving and getting somewhere, but don’t forget to bring those little lights into your life because those little lights are what makes the world go round and what helps you to feel better within yourself.
Don’t forget to take care of yourself as well, make sure you’re eating well, sleeping well, do some self care for yourself whatever that means to you as long as it’s bringing you joy, happiness and allowing you to be your best self that’s what matters and if no one has said to you yet, I believe in you and I am sending you all the good energy that you need and hope that good things come your way and that breakthrough of yours will come and surfice, best of wishes.
