White Spotted Ladybug (Bird)

Good morning everyone, hope everyone’s day is going alright and you’re all keeping safe and doing your best to stay healthy too, so I thought i’d talk about something, I wanted to share a dream I had last night, now I had a lot of different dreams during the night, but there’s a particular part of my dream that I wanted to discuss a bit, you may probably already know what that thing is based off the title of this post, i’ve been trying to figure out what exactly this dream means, but i’ve not been able to really figure it out.

Let’s just start with what I actually remember to this part of the dream, so in the dream, I remember walking up to something, it looked like an entry way to what could’ve been leading towards some kind of trail in the woods of some sort who knows, but there was an open gate to where I was in the dream, now I remember about to walk through the gate, where I could see a lot of leaves, probably coming off trees, but something had caught my eye to the right of me, upon looking at it a little closer I saw that it was a ladybug

Now as we all know, most ladybugs or birds as that’s their proper name, all have black spots on their back, not all ladybirds, but most of them do or at least are known to have them, but what was interesting was when I looked at them, instead of seeing black spots, I saw white spots upon the back of the ladybug and these spots were placed in a circle, which was a little weird to me, I then looked around a bit and saw another ladybug with the same white spots only that ladybug from what I can remember it’s spots were a little spread out like most ladybugs at least it seemed like it was,

So as you can see I made a little example to help you get an idea to what I was talking about, it’s simple and there’s not a lot to it I know, but the main things that I felt should be in it I kept, I did try to detail it out for you guys, but it wasn’t quite coming out the way I had in mind, but the main focus here is the ladybug with white spots, I also added the fence to showcase the entry way that was with my dream……..Imagine the white spots in a circle.

I did see a small black dot on this one, but it was very small, it was very weird, i’d never seen that before, I thought looking it up would help to get a better understanding on the meaning, but I could really find anything, just the normal meaning to what a ladybug means in a dream……but yeah I just wanted to share that, if any of you have an idea to what it could mean, do share, maybe some of you could help me to understand it in some way.

But that’s all I have to that, hope everyone’s well and doing okay, you all stay safe and be careful if some of you are out an about and if you’re home try and stay calm, I know this is a stressful time for some or most even, but things will be alright in time, take this time to rest if you need to, maybe do things that you haven’t been able to get to in this time, but most importantly just stay calm and keep your head up and know that it’s going to be alright!!

I Swore Myself I’d Leave Myself Alone……

For those wondering, this line is from one of my favorite songs by one of my all time favorite artists, i’ve talked about her before, Alexz Johnson, not sure if that rings a bell, but…..the last time I talked about her, was when I was talking about her latest song called Weight, it’s been a while since I actually listened to that song, now she’s got new ones, plus a new album, that I still haven’t heard…..there’s a lot of songs from the artists I listen to that I need to check out, I always think of listening to them, but I never really get around to it, I might have to pick a day to just sit and have a listen to them.

Anyway let’s have a chat shall we!?…..okay so i’m going to be honest i’m not really sure what i’m planning on talking about, I just know that i’d like to chat a bit, now normally i’d express the things i’m wanting to express, but maybe we should do it a little differently, how about we talk on the line of Alexz’s song careless and it’s meaning, now when you look at it, you’d say it’s pretty self explanatory right!? Yeah well i’d say so too, anytime I hear this song and this line comes up in the song, I always feel it and it’s because it’s a relatable line, most of us don’t know how to leave ourselves alone or better yet ease up on ourselves, we’re always so harsh for some reason.

I mean i’m sure that reason is to make sure we’re our best self, which is great, but we always tend to be the most harsh when we know we’re already feeling a certain way, it’s like even when we know we should shape up and get over our feelings, we’re still harsh about it, saying things like “you’re always doing that” “why can’t you just stop thinking so hard” and so on and it always feels like there’s two versions of ourselves the being that we are, but also this other person whose meant to be there to keep us moving or at least does they’re best to keep us on our feet……

Now we all know the saying on “tough love” and for some it works, but others not always, I mean why do we always think being judgmental and scolding ourselves is the best thing to do!? Why can’t we instead be a little patient with ourselves!? If there’s a moment where we’re feeling agitated, emotional and other non great feelings, why can’t we support ourselves for a moment and just allow ourselves to feel!?

This might sound confusing and may not make much sense……but what I mean is, we shouldn’t go screaming at ourselves because we’re feeling a certain way and we shouldn’t go judging ourselves either, getting more upset with ourselves especially when we’re already upset, doesn’t really fix things does it!? If anything it only makes us more upset,

because there’s more pressure being added, now sure pressure is apart of life, but do we really need to give ourselves more pressure!? We have to be better at being patient with ourselves and not be so harsh with the things we do, especially with how we handle our emotions and thoughts, because those are the big things that really can get to us, if we let it…….

I think instead of going for the attack, the best way to handle those moments, is to just be more aware and do our best to make sure we don’t overload and if we know we need a moment to release thoughts, emotions and so fourth, we just gotta let ourselves have that moment, but we also shouldn’t allow ourselves to get wrapped in it for too long,

Just take it as going for a walk or hiking of some sort, take that moment, but don’t allow it to overtake you when you need it and also just patience……we may need to take this line of Alexz’s song as a reminder for the times we go to be harsh to ourselves, but stop because we’re having to remember to be aware not to, maybe if we do that, we’d see a bit of a difference.

Processing….

You ever have a moment happen whether it was unexpected or not so unexpected and you happen to just go within that moment for a second not really knowing what to expect, but once you find yourself in it it’s not until after to where you really realize what just happened and so you find yourself just still trying to process what actually happened!?

Sometimes you have to take a moment and take things in a lot of the time it won’t really make sense and sometimes you’ll find yourself asking a lot of questions, but even when we aren’t quite sure on what exactly is going on taking the time to process things can really help you to think clearly about everything. We don’t always know what is the best way to process things at times, I don’t think there’s really a right way to process…….

I think you’re just meant to process it how you’re feeling it in the moment, depending on what you’re feeling, it might leave you filled with emotions or other feeling and sometimes you won’t always be able to control them, but as long as we do our best to keep things calm especially when not really all that prepared, then the process won’t really seem all that much, it’s also important to make sure that when we find ourselves thinking of things that need a little bit of a moment to process, we don’t go overthinking about it for too long, when we allow our brains to overthink, we give it too much power and we end up having a hard time trying to quiet it down.

So whenever it comes to processing, we just have to try and keep calm and keep our brains from over flowing with thoughts and know that if we need to feel what we’re trying to process, it’s okay to feel them feel them, when we allow ourselves to feel while processing everything, we let any pent up emotions we’ve been burying surface and allow them to release from our system, allowing us to feel a little lighter, letting the rest of our thoughts come to us a little more clearer…….fully processing things even when we don’t quite get it in the moment, can really help make things a bit easier.

Calm…..It’s Okay To Feel You Know!?

Close your eyes and breathe relax and breathe……it’s okay, you’re okay, we are okay. Don’t think that it’s not okay to feel the way you are feeling right now, it’s alright, everything’s alright, I know all these feelings are swirling around and it don’t quite feel all that nice, but it’s going to be fine!!

Don’t think that you shouldn’t feel what it is you’re feeling, they’re meant to come out, it may not make sense to why they’re coming out, but you’re having to release them for a reason……it’s been sitting there for quite some time now, it’s time to let them out…….just because it’s confusing considering how the days been, it’s been pretty alright yeah!?

I know you’re feeling sorry and guilty for letting whatever is going on out, but you shouldn’t be, we all need to let it out sometime, even if it doesn’t quite make sense to when it feels the need to come out, it’s time to heal, allow yourself to heal the way it’s happening and don’t be so hard on yourself about it, allow yourself to feel those emotions and know that it’s for a reason and it’s okay…..it’ll take some time, but be patient……

You’re doing alright, so there’s no need to stress yourself out about it, just trust that everything is going to be alright and it’ll all work out in time, trust yourself and believe in yourself as well, don’t fret it’s all going to be alright!! 🙂

Today Is Monday…..

Monday’s are something aren’t they!? I mean you never really know what kind of Monday you’re in for, I mean you never actually know what kind of day you’re in for, for that matter, let alone Mondays……but if the week starts on a weird note and it’s a Monday……you’re going to be in for quite the day!!

How do you prepare or know the best way to handle situations that ended up doing a big 180 out of nowhere!? Well for one you try and stay as calm as possible and make sure to keep centered even when you start to shift a little, now that can sometimes be a little hard, but it’s all in the way you handle the ripple that has occurred, ripples as we all know are just small effects that happen when some kind of vibration comes into contact with it.

Now it’s not a huge effect, however it can still cause a bit of a disturbance, based off the way it arrives out of nowhere, but even when that happens just know that it’s only a slight one, for it to become a bigger one, you’d have to let it really get to you, but by letting it effect you greatly even when it’s for a short moment, you allow your energy vibration to be effected.

We want to avoid that, it may not always be easy, but in the times where we want to scream because everything is being flipped upside down and the day is just becoming a real mad one, just try and focus on the way the ripple actually looks and not the effects that it brings with it, when we choose to focus on the upside of a situation even when it may not seem like a big upside, we not only keep our energy level’s at bay, but we sometimes notice how nice the ripple on the water looks when it’s hit with something.

Also when things get a bit on the tense side of town, just take a couple of breaths and breathe, it may take a while to get back into a relaxed state, but it helps!! Just because there’s a small ripple in the water for a moment doesn’t mean we aren’t able to get through it, it just takes a bit of calm to do so, but don’t worry not all Monday’s are that bad, they’re just Mondays!!

Trusting Our Own Insight…..

When it comes to our own insight on things, we don’t really trust ourselves a lot of the time and that’s because we tend to worry about all these different things that could happen and so because of that we become hesitate to want to try or share things that we feel we should try and or share, we question a lot of things, way more than we should actually.

We think too much on the worst parts than the possible best parts that could come from the things we share, as well as how we feel, sometimes even when something may feel right to us, we still feel unsure about it, which I guess is a natural reaction, I mean if it was something big then you’re going to get that kind of feeling right!? Whose to say though that,

We shouldn’t at least see about it…..if there’s an idea that we have in our minds should we not go forth with it!? If we just trust ourselves a little more with the things that we feel, who knows just where we will possibly be or go even, we won’t really know unless we take that step right!?

No Need To Try So Hard…..

Ask yourself this question…..why do we try so hard!? Did you answer it!? If so what did you say!? When we try hard to get things right, most often we find that it turns out not so right all the time, why is that!? Well it’s exactly what it is, we’re trying too hard, when in reality, we don’t need to.

Now you might be saying to yourself, well how else are we meant to do it!? Try hard a little less possibly….!? Yes I know how exactly!? Well for one, we gotta relax and chill out, breathe and let things flow at a natural state,

When we try too hard, we create resistance, which also invites stress, causing us to feel overwhelmed by everything and let me tell you it’s not a great feeling you know……we’re only adding pressure to ourselves by doing that, if we constantly worry about things not being a certain way and trying to get it right all the time, we wouldn’t have things be as natural as they are would we!? It’s okay to push yourself harder then you might normally at times, but when you start trying so hard to the point where you’re stressing yourself out, that is the moment where you need to step back and take a couple of breathers otherwise, you’re going to drive yourself mad.

Although it’s great to want to push yourself to be better, we don’t always have to try so hard to do that, we can do that and do our best all at the same time, minus the stress and feelings of being overwhelmed, just because something may seem or feel not all that great, doesn’t mean that is isn’t all that great, sometimes we may need to just relook at things or tweak something in order for it to make sense and come out right…..

It’s good to go on what you feel, but sometimes what we may feel to be not so good in our heads, actually isn’t all that bad, just keep that in mind……

Let Things Be As They Are…..

If I could describe what today is, I wouldn’t know the first thing to compare it to…..the only thing I can say is, it’s not a bad day, it’s actually pretty nice, even though there’s something to it that I can’t quite put my finger on, but you know maybe that’s okay, sometimes when there’s something to the day that is fine, we try and question why that is and then have it end up turning into a stressful day because we don’t know what it is exactly,

When in reality, we should just be okay with not really understanding what’s going on and when I say what’s going on, I don’t mean like a bad what’s going on, I mean it more like……feeling wise, sometimes we have days that are much more on the “hmmm” side of town and with that “hmmm” you find that it comes with a calming feel to it, even when things get a bit high in the noise department, you feel your energy and vibration

Kept in tact, grounded in a way, in your mind you’re expecting something to rattle you a bit, give you a slight disturbance……funny thing actually as I was getting ready to write that disturbance sentence out, something in my room made a noise and startled me right at that moment, not a coincidence, but it made me laugh so i’m taking that as a “just messing with you bit”

As I was saying before that happened……you feel your energy and vibration kept in at a calm state no matter what goes on and it can be quite suspicious to why we feel that way, but question it and trying to dig deep to figure out why the calmness or at least trying to get an exact pinpoint to what we might be feeling, by thinking and trying to figure it out, we water down the good feeling and enjoyment that it’s bringing and allowing us to feel

Why do that!? We want to make sure it’s embraced as much as possible, if we constantly question the positive feelings that we have, we keep from getting them so often, so instead of stressing ourselves out wondering what we’re feeling and trying to get an exact answer to it, let’s try and take it as it is and enjoy it, why question it, if it’s a good kind of feeling!?

Maybe you might have a mixed kind of day where, you feel calm and alright, but you also feel a little bleh at the same time, that’s okay sometimes those kind of feelings can clash at the weirdest moment, but by keeping our focus on the alright and calm and leaving the bleh to the side,

Even when we are having a mixture type of day, taking it in as a whole and being aware and accepting it, you find that it feels nice, just as long as we acknowledge the feel good part to it.

Numerology…..

In short……numbers!! Now you might be wondering why exactly i’ve decided to write upon this topic today, well i’ll ask you this, have you ever came across a number or a group of numbers even, a bit more frequently then normal!? If you answered yes in a suspicious kind of way, but still are wondering where exactly i’m going with this, well that’s normal,

When it comes to numerology or the knowledge of numbers, it’ll have you feeling that way, I know it can be a bit weird to see the same numbers over and over everywhere you go, but do not panic or worry, you see what you might not know is with numbers, they tend to have some significants to them and by some I mean quite a lot actually, why!?

That’s a good questions, tell me have you ever heard the saying that “Everything is connected!?” Well that’s because it is and numbers are a big part of that connection, it is even believed that each number in someway connects with what we all call the universe, the divine all the different terms that symbolizes what the universe actually is!!

The universe is quite questionable, I mean we still don’t really know how it really came to be, what caused it to be what it is, sure we know about the big bang and we know that everything in the universe formed from it, but we really don’t know why or how even and we may never really know that question, but we can create some kind of theory for it which is pretty fascinating when you think about it……but back to numbers,

Almost got myself lost thinking too hard on that science……

It is believed that numbers connect to the universe and that numbers are apart of our existence too, I know what you’re thinking, probably getting some weird looks or maybe, just maybe you’re actually intrigued by this thought process that is happening in my brain right now, if so that’s great, but if you’re thinking as a facial expression because you have no words for this right now, I have one question…..can it really be that far fetched!?

I mean we are partially made from stardust or at least have some kind of a good amount of space within us, so with that knowledge who says that numbers don’t also have some kind of involvement to our existence as well…….okay maybe I might be going overboard here, but at the same time we don’t really know, but numbers are pretty significant in our lives.

I’m sure we all have a favorite number or a specific kind of day that we want to remember, but have you ever really thought about why we love those numbers so much!? Why they’re even our favorites to begin with!? Have you cornered don’t I!? We all have some kind of connection with certain numbers that we see or encounter, we don’t always know why,

but we always become drawn to some of them, if you’re ever curious to why you maybe seeing certain numbers quite often, try looking into them, they may have some kind of a message for you and I know it sounds crazy, but really, if you’re ever thinking, wondering or are maybe concern about something, first stop and take a breath and when you do that…….

Look around, see if you notice anything, if you happen to see the same number more than once or even twice, just check the message with it, it might give you some insight to the answers you subconsciously thought about and hopefully whatever the message or answer you received, it gave you some kind of reassurance followed by a clear mind and breath of relief.

You might be wondering why today’s post is titled after todays date well, let’s just say it’s for a reason…….as I was about to write a post with the same title, but I felt I was approaching it way too seriously then I normally would,

So I thought i’d try it again and open up a new post tab and try not to overthink it so much this time, which is ironic since today’s day is literally all about being aware of your thought and feeling and making sure you’re telepathically, I guess you can say sending out a more positive feeling and thought wave of…..well thoughts and emotions really out into the air or space and all that jazz as what we gather information wise will make it’s way into our lives possibly and by possibly I mean yes definitely!!

As we all know thoughts and emotions are tricky to keep under control especially when you’ve got a lot happening as well as feeling and thinking going on, sometimes you’ll have days you feel you need to take multiple breaths throughout the day then you normally would and that was pretty much the kind of day I was having a bit today, why!? Not sure……

I guess in a way I felt it would help to keep my mind and thoughts centered and not have it decide to take a bit of a short cut or detour shall I say toward places that it needs not to go pretty much, for the most part i’d say taking a few breaths here and there has kept my mind a bit ordered, doing a fair job, however I will admit i’ve almost drifted the path a few times….

But I made sure to pull myself back before it could do any real damage, it’s really tricky trying to keep your mind focus and emotions in check because they technically at times have a mind of their own and sometimes it’s hard to settle them down properly, kinda like a hyper child at times,

but I guess the key here would be to just be aware to what your thoughts deliver to us and how your emotions start up, I think it’s okay if they go a little off course and do what it does best and wander about wherever it pleases to go, as long as you keep and eye out and be mindful of where it wanders off too, then you’ll be able to bring it back if it gets too close to an edge or muddy puddle, we all love a little rain or a lot if you’re a big fan of the rain, but we all know that too much rain can sure make a mess.

That all being said, when we keep our thoughts and emotions as centered as we’re able to, we help to bring in positive energy, but mainly we allow other things to flow in giving us the ability to create a bit of a better reality to our lives, so it’s important to always be aware of the way we not only feel,

but also think too, sure it won’t always be the easiest to do, but as long as we are at least aware to what we’re feeling and thinking, the easier it’ll start to be to keep it from running too far away from us, no matter how many times our minds try to hide behind trees and get us to become distracted, we will always do our best to not let it, at least not too much anyway……
