Let’s Chat: How Are You!?

I’m finding myself going back and forth through two posts that i’ve pre written, but still yet to post, it’s like I don’t really know what to keep my focus on other than Animal Crossing New Horizons, which by the way (side tracking here for a brief moment) is a REALLY, amazing game!!

Well it’s pretty great anyway, the amazing part might just be me hyping it up just a little bit…..but New Horizons aside……I don’t know what or where to keep my mind on……I don’t know if any of you are having that kind of day as well or have been having those kind of days!?

Speaking of how are you all doing!? How have you been dealing and getting through all that’s been happening!? I know a lot of people are probably finding it a somewhat difficult or maybe a whole lot difficult, maybe some of you are taking it somewhat okay than most people might…..

I know everyone has different ways of dealing with things, I don’t know how a lot of you are getting through this, but hopefully you’re all doing alright and are keeping safe and well, I know it’s not been the most best of days of late, but hopefully you’ve all had something to look forward to, maybe it’s a new video game, book, music, organizing something!? You’d be surprise on what can be a big help to kick up a low kind of mood!!

This isn’t a long post as you can see…..i’m just curious and genuinely want to know how you guys have been getting through all of this and if there’s anything right now that has been not only keeping you busy, occupied and productive, but also just giving you something to look forward to and keeping your minds to not have you think about what’s going on 24/7!?

Tackling The Important Stuff……

Although things seems to be a little on pause with everything going on, it doesn’t mean that we should take away our focus on what is needing our focus…..there’s a lot of reasons to why everything is happening, mainly because the Earth is needing a little bit of healing, so that’s what it’s doing and that’s why we’re experiencing, what we’re experiencing!!

That being said, I do hope that those who are either effected or being effected heal and get better, we all know that this will all pass in time and that we just have to wait it out and I know for many it’s a little hard, but all we can do is try our best to keep focus and actually try and use this time wisely to work on the things that need to be worked on or tackle the sort of things that need tackling and all that jazz…….

It’s during moments like this where we’re having to really reflect and think about a lot of things…..what kind of things you might ask!? Well that depends really, sometimes only you know, what kind of things have a lot of you been finding yourself reflecting on lately!? If you’re answering or thinking to yourself about it, then it’s those things, now I don’t have a clue what those things are, but it’s that……if you’ve been ignoring certain stuff,

You’ll find that with this moment where we’re being forced…..okay let’s not use the word force, instead let’s use the word…..ADVISED!! We’re being advised to stay in until everything clears up……now you’ll notice that a lot of the things that we may have been ignoring let’s say, have found it’s way back on our attention radar, you may wonder why and it’s because we haven’t quite dealt with it, obviously, be it on purpose, not having the time,

or just not really knowing how to respond to it and so on…….with everything now going on though, those things are making themselves known and we’re being again, advised to try and deal with them….how, we may still ask or wonder!? By acknowledging it, instead of trying to avoid it!!

By avoiding it, we’re only delaying the issue or the things that clearly need working on, the more we avoid it, the worst it gets, you never want things to get too bad to the point where everything starts falling apart, so if we can we should really take a look and start acknowledging the things that need acknowledging because it’s so easy to put things off, the real challenge is realizing something needs working on and trying our best to look at those things, see what needs our attention and working on fixing it if we can.

I feel like I have more to say with this topic, but I think I might end up doing a video on it and talking a little bit more about it, this is just the main stuff!!

Creatively Planning Ways To Be Productive,Well At Least That's The Title Anyway!!

How’s everyone doing, I hope you all had a good weekend and found a way to enjoy yourself in someway, I know everything’s a little crazy right now and we’re having to find ways to not only be preoccupied, but also productive as well, for some it might be a little hard and for others it’s not a problem, it can be a little challenging when finding ways to be productive especially when you know you’re not much of a productive planner type,

but sometimes that can be a good thing, because you’re now having to learn how to plan things out productively, but at the same time, if you’re not use to doing that it can be a little hard, because you may not know where to start even and it might leave you feeling frustrated, anxious or stressed out because of it…..but instead of getting ourselves all worked up about how we can be productive, we should calmly take a breath and try to reframe from stressing because that’s not really going to help us be productive,

well I mean not in the best way anyway…….sometimes it helps to use our creativity to come up with ideas, I mean to be fair our best ideas come to us when we’re not even thinking about them, most of them show up out of nowhere actually!! I think if we’re thinking too hard on it,

That’s where our mind goes blank, sometimes you just have to let the mind wander and see what it comes up with, you might get something good and you might get something that’s not that great, but at least you’d be able to add it to a list or something, I think when it comes to being productive,

It’s not about figure out ideas, but allowing our creativity to express itself in order for us to get those ideas!! You know come to think of it, maybe that’s what planning is too!? Who says planning has to be a serious matter, I mean sometimes it is, but other times we could also get a little creative with it,

It doesn’t always have to look like a blank list, guess that’s why people have those bullet journals and decorate it how they see fit, they’re always so interesting and it’s nice to see what kind of personality they bring to those journals…..but i’m getting off track here, productivity and planning can be creative too, if we just allow it to do so, if that makes any sense……

Even if we come up with just one idea, at least you know it’s getting there and even if it doesn’t sound like the greatest idea, giving it a go anyway may just surprise you, if we just allow ourselves to have a little fun with it, the ideas tend to find themselves and everything else circles in.

8am Chat……

Good morning everyone, right now it’s around 8:20 in the morning where I am right now, almost 8:30am by the time you see this it’ll probably be past 8, but i’ll try and get this to be up still around the morning time. I hope everyone’s doing alright and are doing their best to keep well, now i’m going to be honest, i’m not really doing the best right now, I didn’t really want to admit that, but it’s how i’m feeling so I feel I shouldn’t keep that in

I woke up a little too early this morning, about i’m going to say 7:30am, 7:40am around those times anyway, but I didn’t get up to about almost 8am…….with everything happening, there’s so much different emotions going around and a lot of people are stressing out, i’ve been trying to keep as calm as I can and stay low on the stress levels, sometimes they want to go high, but I try and keep them intact as best as possible, but I still have moments where I just don’t feel the best and my emotions start kicking in.

It’s funny though, because me and a friend of mine we’re talking yesterday about all of this stuff happening and were saying that even though theirs a lot of negative energy in terms of thoughts and emotions involving everything, we should try and look at the positives to it, now most would say there aren’t any, but there’s always a positive in something right!?

It’s just I guess it’s not easy to find one right now with all that’s going on, it’s kinda like spotting something that’s extra ordinary within a specific place and you see it and you’re so mesmerized by it, as you try and get closer a closer look at it, all these different things start happening all at once, but it’s still in your view to where you can see and just when you think you’ve caught a moment to get closer to it to where you’re almost able to grab it,

Everything just goes and starts back up again…….like seeing a very bright star in the sky in the night sky, you always feel you can grab it, even though it’s like a trillion miles away…..but maybe that’s the good thing to it, as long as it’s still in view, you’ve always got something to leave you feeling hopeful and with that, it lets you know that everything is going to be alright.

White Spotted Ladybug (Bird)

Good morning everyone, hope everyone’s day is going alright and you’re all keeping safe and doing your best to stay healthy too, so I thought i’d talk about something, I wanted to share a dream I had last night, now I had a lot of different dreams during the night, but there’s a particular part of my dream that I wanted to discuss a bit, you may probably already know what that thing is based off the title of this post, i’ve been trying to figure out what exactly this dream means, but i’ve not been able to really figure it out.

Let’s just start with what I actually remember to this part of the dream, so in the dream, I remember walking up to something, it looked like an entry way to what could’ve been leading towards some kind of trail in the woods of some sort who knows, but there was an open gate to where I was in the dream, now I remember about to walk through the gate, where I could see a lot of leaves, probably coming off trees, but something had caught my eye to the right of me, upon looking at it a little closer I saw that it was a ladybug

Now as we all know, most ladybugs or birds as that’s their proper name, all have black spots on their back, not all ladybirds, but most of them do or at least are known to have them, but what was interesting was when I looked at them, instead of seeing black spots, I saw white spots upon the back of the ladybug and these spots were placed in a circle, which was a little weird to me, I then looked around a bit and saw another ladybug with the same white spots only that ladybug from what I can remember it’s spots were a little spread out like most ladybugs at least it seemed like it was,

So as you can see I made a little example to help you get an idea to what I was talking about, it’s simple and there’s not a lot to it I know, but the main things that I felt should be in it I kept, I did try to detail it out for you guys, but it wasn’t quite coming out the way I had in mind, but the main focus here is the ladybug with white spots, I also added the fence to showcase the entry way that was with my dream……..Imagine the white spots in a circle.

I did see a small black dot on this one, but it was very small, it was very weird, i’d never seen that before, I thought looking it up would help to get a better understanding on the meaning, but I could really find anything, just the normal meaning to what a ladybug means in a dream……but yeah I just wanted to share that, if any of you have an idea to what it could mean, do share, maybe some of you could help me to understand it in some way.

But that’s all I have to that, hope everyone’s well and doing okay, you all stay safe and be careful if some of you are out an about and if you’re home try and stay calm, I know this is a stressful time for some or most even, but things will be alright in time, take this time to rest if you need to, maybe do things that you haven’t been able to get to in this time, but most importantly just stay calm and keep your head up and know that it’s going to be alright!!

Soooo I Did Something…..

After giving it a good amount of thought, I finally decided to go forth with something I had in mind for a while, I decided to start fresh and make a whole new channel, youtube channel, again it took a good amount of thought, I wasn’t completely sure on it when trying to decide, before deciding I thought about adding to the one I already had, but I felt that it would just be everywhere and I just felt the need to start something completely new away from that one, I still have it, I have all the ones i’ve made…..yeah I have 4 now……the last one was suppose to be the last one,

but yeah that changed……I really wanted to have something different with this one, which is why I went on and created a new one, kinda based around the blog actually, well it has the same name as the blog, I wanted to express in another way, so whenever i’m not really writing much, i’m sharing some stuff to be important in the moment and sometimes when you have a lot you feel like saying, it’s kinda hard to write it all, I mean you think a post isn’t all that long, until you find yourself reading it back and realize “oh well that’s quite a lot of words happening there!!”

No, but I thought for days where i’m not in much of a writing mode, I could share all that I want in a short video and get it out a bit more better when i’m not quite sure how in writing and vice versa. Now I only have two videos at the moment, I tried to share it on here, but it wasn’t quite working properly to where you could see them, but I did share the new channel, you’ll find it with the socials, twitter ect….feel free to check it out whenever

Calm…..It’s Okay To Feel You Know!?

Close your eyes and breathe relax and breathe……it’s okay, you’re okay, we are okay. Don’t think that it’s not okay to feel the way you are feeling right now, it’s alright, everything’s alright, I know all these feelings are swirling around and it don’t quite feel all that nice, but it’s going to be fine!!

Don’t think that you shouldn’t feel what it is you’re feeling, they’re meant to come out, it may not make sense to why they’re coming out, but you’re having to release them for a reason……it’s been sitting there for quite some time now, it’s time to let them out…….just because it’s confusing considering how the days been, it’s been pretty alright yeah!?

I know you’re feeling sorry and guilty for letting whatever is going on out, but you shouldn’t be, we all need to let it out sometime, even if it doesn’t quite make sense to when it feels the need to come out, it’s time to heal, allow yourself to heal the way it’s happening and don’t be so hard on yourself about it, allow yourself to feel those emotions and know that it’s for a reason and it’s okay…..it’ll take some time, but be patient……

You’re doing alright, so there’s no need to stress yourself out about it, just trust that everything is going to be alright and it’ll all work out in time, trust yourself and believe in yourself as well, don’t fret it’s all going to be alright!! 🙂

Healing…..

Wounds to heal, but how do we heal them!?

Wounds we feel and feel so well…….

There’s different kinds of wounds though,

There’s physical ones, mental ones and emotional ones too,

They may all feel the same, but their pretty different to each other.

Even though they’re different, they heal, some wounds quicker then the others and some take a good while to heal, but eventually they do heal.

It all depends on how deep the wound is, that will determine how quickly or slowly it’ll take to heal……..

Clash Between Happiness/Unhappiness

Happiness is a choice and a precious thing to have, if we don’t have happiness then we’re just living in a life to where we’re just trying to get through the day and just having a life to get through the day all the time, isn’t really much of an exciting life to have. We all get unhappy at times it’s just apart of being human, but letting ourselves be unhappy everyday and not trying to find some kind of happiness within the things that we enjoy isn’t good because then we just end up becoming stuck and you never want to be stuck.

The reason i’m talking upon the topic of happiness and unhappiness is because, i’m going through a stage of trying to find happiness within myself again because i’ve realized that I haven’t been all that happy lately and i’m not quite sure why that is, it could be a numerous of different things, i’ve constantly been deep in my emotions and trying to figure them out and by me doing that I find that i’m probably making myself more unhappy with trying to figure them out. I use to be able to make myself happy with the smallest of things and lately that hasn’t been happening, I keep focusing on the the things that i’m not happy about and you should never put your focus on what doesn’t make you happy, even if you’re going through some really difficult times, you should always look for the things that do bring you some kind of happiness even if it’s just for a moment.

We have to remember that we hold our happiness and all of the things that bring us happiness, it doesn’t matter whether we have bad days or hard times happening in our lives, we should always do our best to keep our heads up and focus on what brings us joy and makes us feel good regardless of what is happening. Although that may be easier said then done considering there will be things that do halt us from being happy, we have the choice to either have it continue to stop us from feeling happy or we can just move on and make our own kind of sunshine as that saying goes, the only person that can truly stop us from being happy and doing the best we can each day is ourselves.

They say that we are our longest commitment and that is true, which also means we have the power and choice to choose what we bring into our lives and what we bring in our lives, we have to then decide whether or not it’s good for us and whether it makes us happy or not and that can be a very tough decision because the things that once made us happy can change and believe it or not that can also go for the people in your life, if someone once made you happy, but you find that being around them just isn’t the same anymore then that definitely can be a tough decision to make because, although you know what your doing is gonna be good for you, the people that you choose to either not be around or step away from a bit, it may not make them happy because they will feel because they did so much for you and have always been there for you that they should automatically be apart of your life, which can lead to you being in a tight corner.

Being put in a tight corner can be very overwhelming because now you’ll have to really think about what to keep and what to kinda push away from you that you feel isn’t bringing joy and happiness into your life. Overthinking things though can put you in one of those moods to where you become unhappy especially when your overthinking about how you’re gonna go about everything and I guess for me that’s what has been going on and what’s been keeping me from being happy, because of the fact that i’m constantly  thinking about everything too intensively, when I know I don’t need to, but I find that overthinking is one of those habits of mine that I tend to do a lot and I wish I didn’t.

Just like happiness is a choice so is unhappiness, if you continue to let yourself be unhappy then you’re always gonna be unhappy, especially if your making yourself settle for things that you know you don’t need to settle for. You should never let yourself settle for things because your use to them or because you feel that you deserve it, we’re all human and us humans we make a lot of mistakes, some that we don’t acknowledge upfront which then causes us to put them to the side and by us putting it to the side we then store it to be reviewed for later or we try and forget them as if it never happened.

What we don’t realize though or what we always forget is that our minds are very powerful and with us humans we give a lot of energy to our thoughts, however we give power to the thoughts that don’t really bring us any good and so while we may try and forget the thoughts that we don’t want to remember, those thoughts don’t just go away, they stay with you for a long time if you just try and forget them and not confront them. Now even though we may not be able to forget certain things that happen to where they are now filed into our minds that doesn’t mean we can’t forgive the things that happened, although i’m aware that there are a lot of situations that are hard to forgive because it probably made such an impact on your life to where it ended up leaving you with a mental, emotional or just a scar in general, but I feel that forgiving a situation that happened even though you feel it shouldn’t be forgiven can really help you heal.

Forgiving yourself too is super important especially if you feel that you let yourself down in a way or you feel like you put yourself through so much to where it could’ve been avoided or just because you feel as though you need to, what i’m saying is with the way our minds work and the stuff that we think about, our thoughts are the root to happiness and unhappiness, so if our thoughts are filled with negativity and just everything that isn’t good for us then it’s gonna become our reality and you never want to have your reality be filled with negativity, so always keep in mind that whatever you think be it about yourself or if you are just think about whatever just do your best to make sure it’s in good light, another thing that can effect our happiness is the way we choose to live.

If you know the way you’re living isn’t quite making you happy try changing things up a bit, maybe rearrange your room, get rid of things you don’t really need, you know express your feelings, if you’re unable to express it out loud, try expressing it in a different way like writing for example, writing can help you get your emotions out when you’re unable to out loud or if writing isn’t your thing, maybe art is so try painting or drawing, just anything you feel helps you express yourself. When you change certain habits or things in your life, you can help yourself not only heal and feel better but you’ll also bring a little bit of happiness back into your life as well, even when days are tough.

Remember happiness comes from within ones self and the way one is living, so if one of those things are effecting you in anyway and is preventing you from finding happiness maybe try looking from within or around you and see if there’s anything there you might want to change or get rid of so that way you can be happy once again, but also keep in mind that when you’re running low on happiness try and find something to bring a little bit of that happiness back to you, even if it’s not for a long period of time.

When you do feel that happiness coming through be sure to hold on to it and keep it close by just in case you feel you need it again. Anyway that’s all I have for today I hope you’re all able to take something from todays post and for those who are also struggling to find their happiness at the moment, I hope that you’re able to find something that picks up your mood a bit and brings joy to you in some way, but anyway I hope you all have a goodnight/morning and or evening.
