Scribble Night (June 14, 2019)

I’m having a bit of trouble naming this at the moment, i’ve been staring at this trying to come up with some kind of name for it, but I don’t know what to name it…… I turned these little scribble design things into flowers because they reminded me of flowers whenever i’d look at them.

Not actual flowers of course, after finishing this here artwork creation, I was trying to figure out what kind of flower they resembled mainly the open ones, the yellow, purple and white ones)

At first I couldn’t put my finger on it, I did think of a tulip, but then I thought nooo, not quite a tulip shape, I had the image in my head, but the name of it wasn’t popping up for me…….

It took me until the next day (today) just to now know what flower it was, looking up different kinds of open flower types, it came down to two different ones, a Tulip (yeah the one I scraped away) and the California Poppy, looking into it more though, i’d say it resembles the poppy more than the Tulip……it might not be, but it was the closest to it that I could find.

Glad that’s sorted and all, however I still don’t know what to name this one……..actually wait, I might’ve come up with one right at this very moment looking at it again……I think it could work, we’ll keep it for now, but if something comes to me later that I like better, i’ll change it…….

Infinite Night…. (June 12, 2019)

Infinite night, make your way to me and show me the brightness of the moon and all of it’s captivating beauty, uncover and unleash the millions of stars and let them shine their light all across the sky……

Infinite night, why are you so cold!? Don’t you know what warmth feels like!? Warmth is the feeling that many crave and admire

It’s the safeness we feel when in the arms of one that we love dearly and unconditionally, to where you never want to leave…..

I guess maybe you like the cold, it’s no wonder you prefer to be alone.

I hope you don’t mind the times where I join you in the night, I know you might not be much for company, but I hope you don’t mind if I say awhile….

Infinite night, I must say, although the day can be quite nice…

There’s no better company that I find more interesting then you, the moon and the stars, I guess it’s the mystery and the quietness that you carry along with you that I like, it can be quite relaxing when your mind is free to roam.

Plants Galore….(June 2, 2019)

They say having plants around you is a good way to not only keep your space clean, but it also helps as a good de-stresser (if that’s a word) plants are meant to bring a sense of calmness to you, after all without them we wouldn’t have much oxygen would we!!?

You know when you really think about it we don’t really know why plants are as useful as they are, we know they’re special and are good, but why exactly are they special!? I’m sure it most likely has to do with Science and that, but when you really look at plants and the way they are, each different to the next with them even having different effects to them too……

Some help you sleep better, some help you relax better and some even put out different scents, it’s quite interesting if you think about it……there’s different shapes and sizes to each plant, as well as different styles, some more droopy, more intact and others more alive and well……

You don’t really think about that kind of thing unless you’re in a deep thought kind of mode or just very observant of things.

I’m not really sure why exactly I decided to create this, I think maybe I might’ve wanted something simple to focus on, not sure why plants was the theme today though, but hey i’ll take it ha…..

Might I Stay, I’ll Stay Awhile

As you you may see and guess by now, i’m a hopeless romantic, I love a good sappy movie and I pretty much start to get emotional whenever I hear a beautiful love song or just a song I think is very pretty or as a meaning.

Speaking of songs, this creation here was inspired by a song, one of my favorites actually, I spoke about this song a couple of days ago, it’s called Garden for those who don’t remember and it’s by a great artist named Scott James, I was trying to incorporate one of his lyrics from the song within this artwork i’ve just finished hopefully it worked alright……

There was some other inspiration behind this too…….it’s funny I just thought of another song that fits well with this, it’s from a movie, a movie that I haven’t watch in a while actually, I haven’t watched it for reasons of course.

I don’t know about you guys, but I quite like this one, it might be similar to another one i’ve made…..but I think it stands out too, also yes I know i’m obsessed with the night, I can’t help it, it’s always so fascinating and beautiful, even when there’s nothing in the sky to admire……

River Run, River Flow….(May 24, 2019)

Two different songs play in my head when I read the word River…….Ed Sheeran Ft Eminem’s song river and Scott James’s song (you might not be aware of this artist as he’s not well known, but he’s good and one of my favorites to listen to)

One comes in hard hitting, the other soft and mellow, although they are completely different to each other, really different actually……they do have something in common and it has to do with their songs, when you listen to them you’ll realize that the way their songs are (music style wise) that’s how rivers are…….sometimes they flow very harshly…..

While other times they can flow nicely and smoothly, it all depends on the way they are and the way their made really……..Eminem’s version of the song (featuring Ed Sheeran) starts off nicely and then moves a little more rapidly as it goes along…….Scott James song on the other hand, he goes for a softer approach and just let’s it flow along while taking in everything.

Similar to some rivers, some move quite rapidly and some are calmer and have a more mellow flow to it…….some rivers may even have a combination of both rapid and calm to it, again it all depends really on the way their formed, but to tie it all together somehow…….these two different songs both share the similarities with the way rivers run and flow, not lyrics wise or anything, but based off the style both songs are sang/ free-styled in.

One song gives you the feel of being caught within the rapidness and intense part of the river, while the other song gives you more of a chilled out feeling, with just sitting by the river, enjoying it’s company as well as everything that comes with it.

May Showers….(May 23, 2019)

For a while, i’ve been trying to make something with the theme being about the rain and each time I tried to incorporate the rain into something, it either didn’t fit or didn’t work……it took some time, but I think I finally got it, quite happy with the way it came out too!!

I’m not sure why I have such a like we’ll say for the rain, it might be for it’s calmness and the way it sounds when it’s falling from the sky, I don’t know

Some don’t like it, because it makes everything seem so gloomy, which makes you not want to do much as we all know, but at the same time it can be peaceful, it’s all in the way you look at it if you ask me…….

On a good note it washes away all the pollen in the air and we do get beautiful flowers from it…..

Let’s Stay Awhile….(May 18, 2019)

Nothing like a nice stroll, me and you, you and I, together…..

Look at the sky, i’ve never seen anything like it before, it’s quite lovely don’t you think!? Let’s stay awhile and soak in this moment…….

You and I, me and you, my head on your shoulders

Your head leaned up against mine, as we bask in the night,

Rain might come and try to wash away all these colors, but even if it does……we’ll always have this moment, you and I, me and you, forever….

I didn’t know how else to explain this…….so I wrote a little thing with it, i’m kind left without words for this one, but i’m happy with it!!

To Be Named….(May 18, 2019)

This one was inspired from one of my favorite video game series, Animal Crossing, there’s a cafe called the Roost in the game and so I went and created my own little cafe or just a place to “Chill & Relax”

By the way this creation here now has a backstory to it, that I won’t forget nor will ever live down……*sigh* I seriously don’t know how I messed that up……..you guys are probably wondering what i’m talking about right!?

Good because i’m not telling you, it’s a secret…….while I leave you guys maybe wanting to know what the backstory to this is, I shall leave this 4th creation unnamed, at least until I come up with a good name for it……

Now it may not look like much to a lot of you, but I like to think of it as a calm, yet pretty simple place that i’d say has pretty nice Coffee and Tea, especially green tea and wild berry, but that’s just me…….

P.s. I don’t actually really like wild berry, but some people might, I know one person that does for sure, green tea and peppermint is where it’s at for me though, they’re so good!!

From A Bird In A Window To This…..(May 16, 2019)

I’m going to be completely honest with you here…….I don’t know what this is and I made this haha, I could tell you the backstory to this one, but just to give you a disclaimer, it’s not really a long one, in fact this here pretty much formed on it’s own…….

I had something completely different in mind, but it didn’t come together as I hoped it would, but after a bit of frustration turned calm, some tinkering to it here and there and animal crossing music, this is what flourished…….

It took 2 days for it to come out this way, but i’d say it’s quite something and I mean that in a good way, but yeah……don’t know what i’ll be naming this one, but whatever the name, i’m happy with this!!
